Architectural Door and Electrified Hardware Installer/Technician

Compensation: 18.00-28.00 Per Hour Based on Knowledge and Experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Paydays: Biweekly
Company Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position has structured hours with some opportunity for overtime. On-call is required and compensated. Some travel is required.

Required Knowledge and Experience: The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience installing commercial hollow metal, wood and glass/aluminum doors and door hardware (manual and electrified). Experience installing and programming automatic door operators from multiple manufacturers and relay logic are a plus. Must have experience with electrified hardware including exit devices, strikes, maglocks, locksets and door closers.
Candidates must have or obtain a valid state driver’s license and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Assistant Project Manager

Compensation: 18.00-26.00 Per Hour Based on Experience

Company Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position requires some after-hours work and over time depending on workload and project schedules.
Responsibilities: Prepare the Contractor’s Qualification Statement, as required. Project Start-Up: assemble project documents for the Field Technicians—plans, schedules, scope, specifications, labor budgets, inspection materials. Issue purchase orders, order materials, track orders. Prepare and/or track AIA billings, RFIs, RMAs, Material Purchases, all field documentation. Maintain and update paper and electronic files. Prepare subcontractor and vendor closeout documentation. Gather all applicable warranties, as-builts, operation and maintenance manuals and assemble into binders by specification section. Issue closeout packages and as-built drawings to GC, Architect, Owner, and File. Performs miscellaneous office duties, as required.
Requirements: Proactive. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you will have high multi-tasking abilities, excellent customer service, and communication skills, strong attention to detail and organization, ability to work with numerous people at one time. You will be upbeat and personable. Computer literacy is a must.
Must have or be able to possess a valid AZ driver’s license. Pass pre-employment drug test. Speak, read and write in English.
Knowledge and Experience: 2+ years of assistant project management experience. Strong understanding of General Contractor requirements; including, AIA Billing, certified payroll, processing pre-liens, and construction contract administration documentation. Assisting with travel planning and entering travel expenses (per diem, hotel and travel). MS Word, Excel and Outlook, Adobe.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience: Intermediate to advanced Excel (light formulas, link spreadsheets).

Automatic Gate Operator Installer/ Programmer (Phoenix)

Compensation: 25.00-35.00 Per Hour Based on Experience

Required Knowledge and Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience with commercial gate installation, peripheral hardware and automatic door products from top manufacturers. Must have experience with electrified hardware including exit (panic) devices, strikes, maglocks, locksets and door closers. Candidates must have or obtain a valid AZ driver’s license and pass a pre-employment drug test. You are required to speak, read and write in English. Basic computer skills are required. You must be familiar with some low voltage circuits. A basic understanding of access control is required. Knowledge of intrusion detection is a plus.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience: Relay logic

New Construction Detailer

Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 salary – Based on Knowledge and Experience

Required Knowledge and Experience: 2-5 years of related experience in the commercial Door and Hardware Industry or similar construction / building material industry required. Must be able to read and understand construction documents including plans, specifications, schedules, bid documents, etc. The ideal candidate must be meticulous, detail oriented, a collaborative team player, and able to thrive in deadline-driven environment. The best candidate will have strong knowledge of Division 8 products including Hollow Metal Doors, Hollow Metal Frames, Wood Doors, Finish Hardware, and specialty products; including familiarity with building and fire codes, including NFPA 80, ADA, and life-safety requirements.
Job Requirements: Applicant will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal/external customers and vendors alike. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with an acute attention to detail. Must have strong computer skills in all standard business environment software such as Microsoft Office, Internet browsers, PDF editors, etc. Also must adapt quickly to quoting, project management software (Pro-Tech) and our scheduling software. This positions primary focus will be to prepare a complete submittal package including schedules, specifications, shop drawings, cut-sheets, machining sheets and related documents for submittal. They will also help manage any project changes, revisions, revised purchase orders and change order documents.

Electronic Security/Systems Integration Technician (Phoenix, Reno and Las Vegas)

Compensation: 18.00-28.00 Per Hour Based on Knowledge and Experience

Required Knowledge and Experience: The ideal candidate must have experience as an electronic security/systems integration technician with knowledge in programming and installing various types of access control systems, CCTV systems and alarms. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years experience with commercial access control, CCTV (including IP-based systems), alarm systems and electrified hardware knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience with:

• DSX, RS2, Brivo and various other access control systems
• Panasonic, Samsung CCTV IP systems
• DMP, Ademco alarm systems
• Relay logic & Low voltage circuit
• Customer Interfacing/Customer Service
• Automatic Operators a plus
• Basic computer skills to easily use the Internet e-mail, orders and forms

Service Dispatcher

Compensation: $22.00 – $26.00 Per Hour Based on Knowledge and Experience

Company Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position has structured hours with some opportunity for overtime depending on workload and billing deadlines.

Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, assist in dispatching and communicating with technicians, process service work orders, ordering materials, billing, setting up alarm accounts, managing alarm reports, maintain Excel spreadsheets, work with custom industry database and software.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, typing 55 WPM, intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge and skills (light formulas, link spreadsheets), basic Word skills.
